What Information Do We Collect?

Health Information. When you purchase, access, or use our surveys, questionnaires, diagnostic products, or research‑related Services, you may choose to provide the following Personal Information:
- Health Data. Health conditions, family history, medication history, known genetic mutations in you or your family members, lifestyle information, demographic details, and similar data you submit via a Premier Bio Labs product or research survey.
Non‑identifying information we collect automatically. “Non‑Identifying Information” is information that alone cannot identify you and has not been associated with you. It includes data collected via cookies, pixel tags, or device signals (e.g., IP address, device and browser type/version, operating system, language, ISP, viewed pages, clicked links, referring/exit pages, screen resolution, connection type, session identifiers, items viewed or added to cart, and email engagement metrics).

If you choose to use these services (e.g., Instagram, Meta, X, LinkedIn), we may receive Personal Information you have made available through those services (e.g., name, email). When We Share Information
Premier Bio Labs is committed to protecting your Personal Information. We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties for their own direct marketing.

- Service Providers & Partners. Third‑party advertisers and analytics providers may use cookies to collect Non‑Identifying Information about your visits to the Site and other sites. Their collection/use is governed by their privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party cookies.
IV. Research Consent
As noted above, we may use and/or share your de‑identified Personal Information for internal and/or external research with your consent. If you consent, we may aggregate and use/share such de‑identified and aggregated information for research without obtaining additional consent. “Aggregate information” refers to data relating to a group or category of consumers, from which identifying information has been removed and which is not linked or reasonably linkable to you or your household.
V. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may request, no more than twice in a 12‑month period, information regarding our collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information. To make a request, email info@premierbiolabs.com with the subject line “Request for California Privacy Information.”
You may request:
- The categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you;
- The categories of sources from which we collected Personal Information;
- The categories of Personal Information we disclosed or shared;
- The business or commercial purposes for collecting or disclosing Personal Information.
We will disclose the requested information free of charge within 60 days of receiving a verifiable request. If reasonably necessary, we may extend by 45 days and will notify you of the extension. Our disclosure will cover the 12‑month period preceding receipt of your request. In some cases, we may be unable to fulfill your request if we cannot verify your identity to the standard required by law or if legal exemptions apply (e.g., certain deletion requests).
We are committed to treating your Personal Information with care and respect. We do not sell Personal Information to third parties for their own direct marketing.
VI. Choices
Withdrawal of Consent and Deletion. You may withdraw consent and request deletion of your Personal Information and account by contacting us at any time. If your Personal Information is deleted, you will no longer have access to your data via the Site/Services. Your withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal (e.g., your information will not be removed from ongoing or completed research that began before we receive your request). Once confirmed, deletion cannot be undone. Upon account deletion, associated Personal Information will be deleted and any stored samples discarded, subject to the following:
- Previously Included in Research. Your data will not be included in research that starts more than 30 days after your account is closed (it may take up to 30 days to withdraw your data from active workflows).
- Legal Retention Requirements. Premier Bio Labs will retain Personal Information as required to meet legal obligations and accreditation or quality requirements, and may retain limited information related to your account and deletion request (e.g., email address, request identifier, records of legal agreements) for a limited period, as required by contract, for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or for audit/compliance.
- Other Legal Uses. We may maintain Personal Information as necessary to complete transactions, detect security incidents or fraud, debug, exercise legal rights, or as otherwise permitted by law.
Commercial Emails. You may opt out of commercial emails by following the instructions in those emails. We may still send non‑commercial messages related to your account or transactions. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
Cookies and Tracking. You can disable cookies via your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit Site functionality. To disable Flash cookies, use the Flash player settings (see Adobe’s website for guidance). Some features may not be available without cookies.
Access and Correction. If you wish to access, correct, modify, or update Personal Information we hold, contact info@premierbiolabs.com. Registered users may also update certain information in their account settings.
VII. Other Sites
This Privacy Policy addresses information collected by Premier Bio Labs through your interaction with our Site. Our Site may contain links to third‑party sites not owned or controlled by us (e.g., social networking sites, retailers, or e‑commerce platforms). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. If you provide information to third parties, different rules may apply. We strongly suggest you review the privacy policies of third‑party sites before providing any data to them.
VIII. Security
Premier Bio Labs implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information and Health Information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. IX. Retention
We retain Personal Information and Health Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or to fulfill a legal obligation.
X. Children’s Privacy
Our Site, Services, and products are intended for adults. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 21 years old (or such age specified in our Terms of Service) and understand that you must meet that age requirement to create an account and purchase products. If we become aware that an account is associated with a user who does not meet the age requirement, we will promptly delete information associated with that account. If you are a parent/guardian of a child under 18 and believe the child has disclosed personally identifiable information to us, please contact info@premierbiolabs.com to review and request deletion.
XI. International Users
The Site and Services are intended for residents of the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., note that U.S. data protection laws may differ from those in your country. You are solely responsible for compliance with foreign laws. By providing Personal Information and using the Site from outside the U.S., you consent to processing in the United States.
