At Premier Bio Labs, we take product integrity and safety very seriously. Due to the sensitive nature of research-use-only products, we maintain a strict no-returns policy except in limited circumstances as outlined below.

No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final.
For safety, regulatory, and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
This policy ensures that every customer receives uncompromised, research-grade products.
Damaged, Defective, or Tampered Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears tampered with, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:
- Your order number
- Photographic evidence of the damage/defect, including packaging
- A description of the issue
Our Resolution Process
Once reported, we will:
- Conduct an internal review
- File a claim with the shipping carrier, if applicable
- Work with you to issue either a replacement shipment or a refund, depending on product availability and carrier resolution
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item due to a fulfillment error on our part:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details
- We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped at no additional cost
Refund Process
When Refunds Are Issued
Refunds (if applicable) will only be issued once the claim has been validated and/or the carrier investigation is complete.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution
Exclusions
We Cannot Issue Refunds or Replacements:
- Failure to notify us within the required 48-hour timeframe
- Products reported as damaged but without sufficient proof (photos, order number, packaging evidence)
- Misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized storage of products after delivery
- Customer refusal of delivery for reasons unrelated to damage or tampering
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after shipment
Customer Responsibilities
By purchasing from Premier Bio Labs, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All products are intended exclusively for research and development purposes
- Products are not for human or animal consumption
- You will properly handle, store, and use all materials in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- You assume full responsibility and liability for the use of all purchased materials
Indemnification
The purchaser assumes full responsibility and liability for the use, handling, storage, and distribution of all materials, and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Premier Bio Labs from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
- Misuse or unauthorized use of products
- Failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Improper handling, storage, or distribution of materials
- Use of products for purposes other than lawful research
