Agreement to Terms
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
No Medical Advice
The products and any claims made about specific products on or through the Site have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Information on the Site is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from your physician or other healthcare professional or any information contained on or in any product label or packaging. Do not use information on the Site for diagnosis or treatment of any health problem or for prescription of any medication or other treatment. Consult a healthcare professional and carefully review all information provided on or in any product label or packaging before using any medication or nutritional, herbal, or homeopathic product (including to understand any interactions with medications you currently take), before starting any diet or exercise program, or before adopting any treatment for a health problem. Unless advised by your healthcare professional, biological age should not be used to determine or alter any age‑related health or medical treatments based on your chronological age.
Changes to Terms or Services
We may modify the Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. If we do so, we will post the modified Terms on the Site or notify you through other communications. Review the Terms whenever we modify them because continued use of the Services after posting indicates you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you may not use the Services. Because the Services evolve over time, we may change or discontinue all or any part of the Services at any time without notice.
Who May Use the Services
Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are 21 years or older, capable of forming a binding contract with Premier Bio Labs, LLC (“Premier Bio Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.
Registration and Your Information
To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account (an “Account”). An Account is required to order products or make purchases through the Services.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date Account information and to update such information as needed. We may suspend or terminate your Account if it contains inaccurate or incomplete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.
Products for Research Use Only Unless Prescribed by a Licensed Physician
Products available on the Site, and any samples provided to you, are for research use only unless prescribed by a licensed physician. Unless you are an authorized wholesale provider with Premier Bio Labs, you may not sell or resell any products or samples purchased from or provided by us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order that we believe may result in a violation of these Terms.
Participation in Research
We may invite you to participate in Institutional Review Board (IRB)‑approved research studies. Participation may be a condition for access to certain products or Services. Participation is voluntary, and you will receive detailed information (purpose, procedures, potential risks and benefits) before you consent. Declining to participate may limit access to certain products or Services that require such participation.
Limited Healthcare Services
Although you may receive a medical consultation and/or prescription through affiliated independent healthcare providers (the “Providers”), Premier Bio Labs does not provide medical advice. Creating an Account does not create a patient‑provider relationship with Premier Bio Labs. The Site may refer you to telemedicine services provided by Providers (the “Telemedicine Services”); these are not comprehensive medical advice, care, diagnosis, or treatment. Providers may determine that your diagnosis or treatment requires an in‑person visit or is otherwise inappropriate for telemedicine. Telemedicine Services should not be used during a medical emergency. If you discontinue Telemedicine Services, follow up with your primary care provider or another qualified provider. Premier Bio Labs is not responsible or liable for any advice, course of treatment, diagnosis, or other information, services, or products provided by affiliated Providers or their professional entities.
Telehealth Consent
Telehealth uses electronic communications and information technology to connect patients with licensed, certified, or registered healthcare professionals regarding clinical matters. Telehealth carries potential benefits and risks. Please review our Telehealth Informed Consent for information on treatment methods, risks, and limitations. By engaging with affiliated Providers and completing an intake form, you agree to the Telehealth Informed Consent regarding the use of telehealth.
Payment and Order Terms
The Services enable you to order products from Premier Bio Labs. Amounts due for any product purchased through the Services (including taxes, shipping, and handling) will be presented before you place your order. By placing an order, you agree that we may charge your payment method for verification, pre‑authorization, and payment, and you agree to bear any additional charges levied by your bank or financial service provider and any applicable taxes or fees. Your order is not binding on Premier Bio Labs until accepted and confirmed by us.
Unless expressly stated, payments made to us are non‑refundable. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, extend delivery timelines for any reason after acceptance, and/or refuse to ship for any reason. If you have concerns regarding charges, you agree to contact us first and not to cancel or reject charges unless you have made a reasonable attempt to resolve the matter with Premier Bio Labs.
We may decline or cancel orders (e.g., payment method declined, suspected fraud, identity‑verification issues) in our discretion. We will not charge you, or we will refund charges, for orders we do not process or cancel.
Risk of Loss; Returns; FAQs
Title to products passes to you upon shipment from our facility. Shipping times are estimates and may change.

Feedback
We welcome comments and suggestions for improving the Services (“Feedback”). You can submit Feedback by emailing info@premierbiolabs.com. By submitting Feedback, you grant us the rights described in the “Rights in User Content Granted by You” section to use the Feedback without restriction.

Content and Content Rights
“Content” means text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, works of authorship of any kind, and information or other materials posted, generated, provided, or otherwise made available through the Services. “User Content” means any Content that Account holders (including you) provide to be made available through the Services. Content includes without limitation User Content.
Content Ownership, Responsibility, and Removal
Premier Bio Labs does not claim ownership of your User Content. Subject to the foregoing, Premier Bio Labs and its licensors exclusively own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services and Content, including all associated intellectual property rights. The Services and Content are protected by the laws of the United States and foreign countries. Do not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on or accompanying the Services or Content.
Rights in User Content Granted by You
By making any User Content available through the Services, you grant Premier Bio Labs a non‑exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Services and Content to you and other Account holders.
You represent and warrant that you own your User Content or have the rights necessary to grant the foregoing license and that your User Content and its use by Premier Bio Labs will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate a third party’s rights or any law.
You may remove User Content from your Account by deleting it. Some residual copies may persist and are not our responsibility.
Rights in Content Granted by Premier Bio Labs
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Premier Bio Labs grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable license to view, display, and print the Content solely in connection with your permitted use of the Services and solely for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
Promotional Credit and Promotional Codes
The following terms, together with these Terms, govern the use of any Premier Bio Labs promotional credit and promotional codes (collectively, “Promotions”):
- No fees are imposed on Promotions. Sales tax and shipping charges apply to items purchased with a Promotion.
- Promotions may have an expiration date as indicated at issuance. Promotions are not gift cards.
- Unless specified, Promotions can only be redeemed on the Site toward new purchases and cannot be applied to previous orders or toward gift cards.
- Promotions are non‑transferable and not redeemable for cash (except as required by law).
- To redeem, enter the Promotion information during checkout. Additional restrictions may apply as indicated at issuance.
- Balances exceeding the Promotion value must be paid by another acceptable payment method.
- Delivery of electronic Promotions to an incorrect or non‑existent email address is the purchaser’s responsibility. We are not responsible if a Promotion is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. Promotions will not be replaced.
- We may refuse, modify, cancel, or hold for review any Promotion or order for suspected fraud, incorrect denomination, or violation of Promotion policies.
General Prohibitions and Enforcement Rights
You agree not to:
- Use the Services or upload/post Content that infringes another’s rights; violates law; is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, offensive; promotes discrimination, hatred, harassment, or harm; is violent or threatening; or promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances.
- Use, display, mirror, or frame the Services or any element thereof, Premier Bio Labs’ name, marks, logos, or proprietary information without express written consent.
- Access, tamper with, or use non‑public areas of the Services, our systems, or providers’ technical delivery systems.
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of any system or breach security or authentication measures.
- Circumvent any technological measures that protect the Services or Content.
- Access or search the Services by means other than our provided software or generally available third‑party web browsers; use spiders, robots, crawlers, or data‑mining tools.
- Use meta tags or hidden text using our trademarks, logos, URLs, or product names without consent.
- Use the Services or Content for any commercial purpose not permitted by these Terms.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of any software used to provide the Services.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services (e.g., viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail‑bombing).
- Collect or store personally identifiable information from the Services about users without their express permission.
- Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Violate any law or regulation or encourage others to do so.
We may monitor access to and use of the Services and Content to operate the Services, ensure compliance with these Terms, and comply with law. We may remove or disable access to any Content at any time and investigate violations, including by cooperating with law enforcement.
Links to Third‑Party Websites or Resources
Premier Bio Labs products are available through our Site and select healthcare professionals. The Services may contain links to third‑party websites or resources provided as a convenience. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services on or available from such sites or resources. Your use of third‑party sites or resources is at your sole risk.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, in our sole discretion, without notice. You may cancel your Account at any time by emailing info@premierbiolabs.com or by logging into your Account and unsubscribing. Upon any termination, discontinuation, or cancellation, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including “Agreement to Terms,” “Feedback,” “Content and Content Rights,” “General Prohibitions and Enforcement Rights,” “Links to Third‑Party Websites or Resources,” “Termination,” “Warranty Disclaimers,” “Indemnity,” “Limitation of Liability,” “Dispute Resolution,” and “General Terms.”
Warranty Disclaimers
The Services and Content are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. We explicitly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, non‑infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that the Content will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, with respect to products offered for sale on the Site. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of certain implied warranties; the foregoing may not apply to you to that extent.
If you are a New Jersey resident, this section is intended to be only as broad as permitted under New Jersey law; if any portion is invalid under New Jersey law, the remainder will remain in effect.
Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless Premier Bio Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising out of or connected with (i) your access to or use of the Services or Content; (ii) your User Content; or (iii) your violation of these Terms.
If you are a New Jersey resident, your obligations under this section are intended to be only as broad as permitted under New Jersey law; if any portion is invalid, the remainder will remain in effect.
Limitation of Liability

NEITHER PREMIER BIO LABS NOR ANY PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE SERVICES OR CONTENT WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE OR SYSTEM FAILURE, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT PREMIER BIO LABS HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES; THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
IN NO EVENT WILL PREMIER BIO LABS’ TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR CONTENT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO PREMIER BIO LABS FOR USE OF THE SERVICES OR CONTENT OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD ANY PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS TO PREMIER BIO LABS, AS APPLICABLE.
Products
PREMIER BIO LABS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS DUE TO NORMAL WEAR, PRODUCT MISUSE, ABUSE, PRODUCT MODIFICATION, IMPROPER PRODUCT SELECTION, AND NON‑COMPLIANCE WITH ANY PRINTED DIRECTIONS.
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PREMIER BIO LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO PREMIER BIO LABS’ PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL PREMIER BIO LABS’ LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT UPON WHICH A CLAIM IS BASED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES; THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
The exclusions and limitations above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between you and Premier Bio Labs.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws provisions.
Agreement to Arbitrate
You and Premier Bio Labs agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services or Content (collectively, “Disputes”) will be settled by binding arbitration, except that each party retains the right (i) to bring an individual action in small claims court and (ii) to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights (an “IP Protection Action”). The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any IP Protection Action will be the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming (including the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming), and each party waives objections to jurisdiction and venue in such courts. YOU AND PREMIER BIO LABS WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both parties agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding. If the foregoing waiver is held unenforceable, this “Dispute Resolution” section will be deemed void, but the remainder of the Terms will survive.
Arbitration Rules & Process
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules and the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer‑Related Disputes (the “AAA Rules”) then in effect, as modified by this section. The Federal Arbitration Act governs interpretation and enforcement of this section. A party initiating arbitration must provide the other party a written Demand for Arbitration as specified in the AAA Rules. The arbitrator will be a retired judge or an attorney licensed to practice law and will be selected from the AAA’s roster. If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator within seven (7) days of delivery of the Demand, the AAA will appoint one pursuant to the AAA Rules.
Location & Procedure
Arbitration will be conducted in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless you and Premier Bio Labs agree otherwise. If your claim does not exceed $10,000, the arbitration will be conducted on the basis of documents only, unless you request, or the arbitrator orders, a hearing. For claims exceeding $10,000, the right to a hearing will be determined by the AAA Rules. Subject to the AAA Rules, the arbitrator may direct a reasonable exchange of information consistent with expedited arbitration.
Arbitrator’s Decision; Fees
The arbitrator will render an award within the timeframe specified in the AAA Rules, including essential findings and conclusions. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The arbitrator’s damages award must be consistent with the “Limitation of Liability” section. The arbitrator may award declaratory or injunctive relief only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by the claimant’s individual claim. Fee shifting (including attorneys’ fees and costs) will be as permitted by applicable law. Your responsibility to pay AAA filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees will be as set forth in the AAA Rules.
Changes
Notwithstanding the “Changes to Terms or Services” section, if Premier Bio Labs changes this “Dispute Resolution” section after the date you first accepted these Terms (or any subsequent changes), you may reject any such change by sending written notice to info@premierbiolabs.com within 30 days of the effective date of the change. By rejecting a change, you agree to arbitrate any Dispute in accordance with the version in effect when you first accepted these Terms (or accepted subsequent changes).
General Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Premier Bio Labs regarding the Services and Content and supersede all prior agreements regarding the Services and Content. If a court finds any provision invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms by operation of law or otherwise without our prior written consent; any attempted assignment without consent is void. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
Any notices or communications provided by Premier Bio Labs under these Terms, including regarding modifications, may be given (i) via email to the address you provide via the Services, or (ii) by posting to the Site. For e‑mail notices, the date of receipt is the date transmitted.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver is effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Premier Bio Labs. Except as expressly set forth herein, the exercise of any remedy under these Terms will be without prejudice to other remedies.
